Are items guaranteed authentic?

We take authenticity seriously and list items based on reputable sourcing and inspection. For graded cards, we include the grading company and certification details when present. See our Authenticity & Condition Guide.

Do you guarantee a grade on raw cards?

No. Condition for raw cards is subjective and not a guarantee of a specific grade. Please review all photos and ask questions before purchase.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, when available. Tracking is provided once your order ships. Please allow time for carrier updates.

Returns & Refunds
