When available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.
5. Packaging & Protection
We take care to package cards and collectibles to help reduce shipping damage. However, shipping involves handling by third parties, and occasional issues can occur.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors/household members and contact your local carrier office. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist with next steps.
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.
- Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to customer-provided address errors.
